• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and escorts them to their rooms and delivers luggage; maintains records of deliveries and pick-ups.
• Handles guest inquiries with hospitality and professionalism; resolves requests regarding hotel services and events.
• Performs shoeshine service and delivers morning newspapers to guests.
• Assists guests at the Concierge Desk and with responsibilities in Door Staff/Valet areas as needed.
• Completes errands for guests and hotel property as required.
