Job summary

Four Seasons Denver is seeking an energetic hospitality professional to greet guests, check them in and out, and tailor recommendations to ensure memorable experiences. You will handle payments, resolve requests, and contribute to a high standard of guest satisfaction in a luxury hotel setting.

The role requires prior customer service experience, strong communication skills in English, and the ability to work mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of the English language.
• Legal work authorization in the United States is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment.
• Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill.
• Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
