Four Seasons Denver is seeking a Spa/Locker Room Attendant to maintain spa areas, assist guests with services and ensure exceptional hospitality. The role includes setup of locker rooms, fitness spaces, and coordination with spa staff to meet guest needs in a luxury hotel environment.

Candidates should have at least 6 months in hospitality or fitness-related work and must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 6 months in the hospitality industry work and/or fitness, health club related work.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Set-up and maintain spa including refreshments, locker rooms, work out areas, tennis, pre-treatment area and games room.
• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with spa services.
• Assist guests to their appointments as they relate to the Spa services.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Assist guests with use and set-up of fitness machines, croquet, tennis equipment.
