St Julien Hotel & Spa in Boulder, CO is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to join our Front Desk team and deliver exceptional, Four-Star service to guests checking in and out. The role focuses on hospitality excellence, smooth reservations handling, and accurate data entry for seamless guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience in luxury settings, be able to work a fast-paced environment, and show a warm, guest-focused demeanor.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Luxury hospitality experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office products.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests to the Hotel and check them in and out efficiently.
• Book hotel reservations promptly and accurately.
• Enter data into the computer system including minor accounting functions.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints and notify supervisor as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property details, amenities, and events to answer questions.
• Coordinate with Concierge and Valet to ensure seamless service.
• Direct phone transfers and know hotel staff for inquiries.
• Complete daily shift audit and balance account settlements in the PMS.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.
