Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read and write English to facilitate the communication process.
• Must possess basic computer skills, basic math skills, and strong communication skills.
• Should be detailed and highly organized.
• Must have flexible availability.
• Previous luxury experience preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.
• Must have good computer and communication skills, multi-task oriented.
• High school degree and degree in hospitality preferred.
• One year similar experience in a luxury condominium property preferred
• Multi-language preferred. Written, spoken and reading proficiency in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Greet unit owners, guests and visitors and assist with concierge tasks.
• Collaborate with the concierge team and property leadership to ensure 5-star service.
• Monitor Elevator EMS responses and assist in emergencies.
• Resolve and follow up on complaints/issues promptly.
• Maintain daily logs, records and forms; receive and register packages.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building.
• Support Porsche Design Tower Miami emergency procedures with professionalism.
• Perform tasks as delegated by Front Desk Supervisor and General Manager.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
