ALTITUDE MANAGEMENT GROUP LLC seeks an entry-level Front Desk/Concierge at Porsche Design Tower Miami, Sunny Isles Beach, FL. You will greet residents and guests, manage packages, and coordinate with the Concierge team to meet resident requests.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read and write English to facilitate communication.
• Must possess basic computer skills and basic math skills.
• Strong communication skills; detail oriented and highly organized.
• Flexible availability and ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Previous luxury experience preferred.
• Multi-task oriented and able to manage multiple duties.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication and time management skills.
• Maintains a friendly, courteous and professional manner with residents and guests.
• Monitors, and responds to emergency situations as needed.
• Resolves and follows up on complaints and issues.
• Works closely with Concierge to follow up on resident requests.
• Maintains daily logs, records, and forms; receives and registers packages.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building.
• Handles emergency procedures and situations with professionalism.
• Performs tasks as delegated by Front Desk Supervisor, Assistant Property Manager and General Manager.
• Adheres to safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
