Qualifications

• Computer skills including: internet, email, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Greets residents, guests, and vendors with professionalism.
• Maintains sign in/out for all guests, deliveries and vendors.
• Monitors surveillance cameras and life safety systems; investigates unusual activity.
• Completes incident and shift reports; responds to emergencies and disturbances.
• Assists with notification delivery and directions; coordinates move-ins/move-outs.
