Experience in luxury hospitality, fluency in English, and strong organizational skills are essential to deliver exceptional service and seamless guest experiences at this iconic property.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years customer service experience; luxury experience a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent cash handling and basic math skills.
• Able to work with computer and cash register systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out procedures using manual and computerized methods.
• Provide accurate information and respond to reservations and inquiries.
• Maintain guest accounts and process room charges.
• Answer inquiries and accept reservations by phone or in person with courteous selling techniques.
• Operate PBX for calls, wake-up calls, and guest paging.
