Hotel Bardo Savannah, a celebrated luxury property in Savannah, seeks a polished Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check them in and out, and shape memorable stays. You’ll anticipate needs, make thoughtful recommendations, and coordinate with the broader team to ensure flawless service.

This onsite, full-time role requires openness to weekends and holidays, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for hospitality that delights guests with personalized, detail-oriented experiences.

Qualifications

• Upscale, luxury, boutique, or full-service hotel experience preferred.
• Front desk or guest-facing hospitality experience preferred.
• Outgoing and comfortable engaging with diverse guests.
• Passion for hospitality and personalized service.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, polished, and personalized arrival and departure experience for every guest.
• Perform Front Desk responsibilities including guest check-in, check-out, room assignments, billing, and account assistance.
• Build genuine connections with guests and confidently provide recommendations for hotel experiences, dining, entertainment, and Savannah attractions.
• Respond quickly and thoughtfully to guest requests, questions, and concerns, taking ownership through resolution.
• Handle common service recovery situations with confidence, professionalism, and sound judgment.
• Anticipate opportunities to personalize stays, including celebrations, milestones, special occasions, and VIP experiences.
• Coordinate amenities, reservations, special arrangements, and thoughtful touches that elevate the guest experience.
• Think creatively and act resourcefully when guest needs fall outside the ordinary.
• Communicate guest preferences, requests, and service opportunities clearly with Front Office leadership and other hotel departments.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Hotel Bardo, its experiences and programming, and the surrounding Savannah community.
• Support fellow team members and the broader Front Office operation wherever needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Consistently uphold Hotel Bardo's service, presentation, culture, and luxury hospitality standards.
