MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Front Desk Representative to create a warm, memorable first impression for guests in a luxury resort setting. You will assist with arrivals, departures, reservations, and special requests to ensure a seamless stay.

In a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, you will anticipate needs, build connections, and deliver WOW moments while promoting MGM Rewards and paying close attention to service basics.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Prior guest-facing customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and payments accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with memorable service and anticipate needs.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, walk-ins, and arrivals/departures.
• Offer room upgrades when available and promote MGM Rewards enrollment.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to meet guest expectations.
• Process payments, post charges and credits accurately following procedures.
