Responsibilities

• Lead the Front Desk and related operations to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Own the execution of Front Office strategy and guest service standards.
• Hire, mentor, and engage Front Office staff including Front Desk Clerks and Guest Services Specialists.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and support MGM Resorts service standards.
