Qualifications

• 1 year or more of guest-facing customer service experience preferred.
• Six months of cash handling experience preferred.
• Able to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and assist with reservations.

• Provide personalized service and resolve guest concerns to create WOW moments.
