Ideal candidates bring 6+ months in guest services and multi-line phone handling, plus a background in front services or dispatch in premium hotel environments.

Qualifications

• Six months of guest services experience.
• Six months of handling multiple phone lines.
• Front Services or dispatcher experience preferred.
• Experience in premium hotel settings desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide refined luxury service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Answer Bell Desk phones and assist guests with requests.
• Own guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Dispatch Bell Attendants for luggage handling and service requests.
• Record guest service requests and rotate tasks to staff.
• Maintain positive guest relations with accurate info on services.
• Coordinate convention group arrivals/departures and bus schedules.
• Organize guest laundry by checking names, rooms, and counts.
