Qualifications

• 1 year of guest reception experience in a hospitality setting.
• Positive, energetic, service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with basic arithmetic and POS systems.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Good judgment, calm under pressure, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data.

Responsibilities

• Lead check-in/check-out, confirm guest info, billing, and settle folios.
• Guide guests to hotel amenities and neighborhood highlights.
• Build genuine guest relationships following service standards.
• Field phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.
• Input guest information and payments into Opera accurately.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues to delight guests.
• Communicate requests to Front Desk Manager, Housekeeping or Engineering; conduct safety walkthroughs.
• Follow safety and emergency protocols; assist other departments as needed.
