Four Seasons Hotel Surf Club in Surfside, FL, part of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, seeks a Hotel Assistant Manager to lead the Front Desk team and act as on-duty manager when senior staff aren’t available. You will guide shifts, respond to guest requests with personalized touches, and uphold Four Seasons’ service standards.

Responsibilities include interviewing, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff; coordinating with other departments; and resolving guest issues while maintaining

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory or assistant management experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Extensive knowledge of front office and housekeeping operations.
• Strong time management skills; able to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate computer systems; Opera knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; collaborate across departments and guests.

Responsabilités

• Directs and coordinates the Front Desk team and ensures staff follow procedures.
• Interviews, trains, and schedules staff; conducts performance evaluations.
• Monitors staff in other departments to ensure standards and guest needs are met.
• Resolves guest complaints with high hospitality and professionalism; handles inquiries.
• Responds to guest requests in person and by phone in a timely manner.
• Coordinates arrivals, departures and billing; manages Special Attention Guests and Groups.
