Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club in Surfside, FL seeks an In-Room Dining Supervisor to lead the dining team and act as manager on duty when no manager is present. You will supervise guest orders, set up trays and deliveries while upholding quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control and accounting.
• The ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the In-Room Dining team to meet standards.
• Be visible in operations, recognize staff, handle guest requests.
• Describe and ensure quality of all food items and wine knowledge.
• Attend regular operational meetings for cross-department coordination.
• Observe facilities and equipment and suggest improvements.
• Complete required training and may perform tasks outside scope as needed.
