Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Maui is seeking a Resort Assistant Manager to supervise Front Desk operations and lead a dedicated team. The role emphasizes guest service excellence, smooth check-ins, and accurate billing while maintaining Four Seasons standards.

The ideal candidate has strong front office knowledge, English fluency, and the ability to operate the reservations system; tuberculosis clearance and Maui liquor license are required.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Front Desk and Concierge services; general knowledge of Housekeeping and hotel operations.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and the reservations system.
• The ability to read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by managing arrivals, departures, reservations, room assignments, billing, and guest inquiries while anticipating needs, resolving concerns, accommodating special requests, and ensuring service aligns with Four Seasons standards.
• Oversee daily front office operations by coordinating with internal departments, managing financial and cash-handling procedures, maintaining accurate records and reports, supporting hotel safety and security, and fostering positive working relationships with guests, colleagues, and leadership.
