The Sunset Marquis in West Hollywood is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, and answer inquiries with a friendly, professional approach.

You will handle phone duties, assist guests, and coordinate with departments to ensure a seamless stay. Strong English communication, courtesy, and attention to detail are essential in this fast-paced luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree is a plus or equivalent experience.
• Luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Proficient in English—verbal and written.
• Opera Cloud PMS experience is a plus.
• Alice software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
• Answer inquiries and redirect calls to appropriate departments.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
• Respond to guest concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments for room movements or changes.
• Track arrivals/departures and manage guest ledger notes.
