Hotel Oceana Santa Monica is seeking a polished Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences across our restaurant, poolside, and in-room dining venues. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure accuracy and presentation while upholding the highest standards of service.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, a valid California Food Handler Card, ServSafe certification, and at least one year of restaurant experience in a hotel or fine dining setting.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of restaurant or food service experience.
• California Food Handler Card required; ServSafe or Responsible Beverage Service certification preferred.
• Hotel or fine dining experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and provide knowledgeable menu recommendations.
• Take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system with accuracy.
• Communicate dietary restrictions and special requests to the kitchen.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation.
• Support banquet and special events; ensure guest satisfaction throughout service.
