Job summary

Salamander DC, LLC is looking for a Guest Service Agent I to join our Washington, DC team. The role involves ensuring an exceptional guest experience during arrival and departure, while managing guest feedback and processing charges.

Qualified candidates will have prior front office experience in a hotel, particularly in the luxury sector, along with strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hotel front office operations, preferably in the luxury segment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Handle all guest compliments, comments, observations, and complaints effectively.
• Process guest charges and payments accurately.
