Salamander Middleburg is seeking an energetic Reservations Sales Agent to join our Reservations team in Middleburg, VA. You will be the first point of contact for guests, providing Forbes Five-Star service and converting inquiries into reservations for guestrooms, spa experiences, dining, and packages.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in hotel reservations and luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound reservation calls and emails with Forbes Five-Star service.
• Sell guestrooms, vacation packages, promotions, and resort experiences.
• Upsell room categories, spa appointments, dining reservations, and resort amenities.
• Build rapport with guests and identify their travel needs.
• Process new reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
