Rosewood Washington, D.C. in Georgetown is seeking a Front Desk Agent for a part-time role. The position offers hourly pay of $23.00–$24.00 and requires flexible availability including evenings, weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities include delivering attentive guest service from arrival to departure, handling payments, and communicating with departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Prior luxury hotel experience and strong English skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as Front Desk Agent, preferably in luxury hotel.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be detail-oriented with speed and accuracy; able to prioritize and follow directions.
• OPERA experience preferred; mid-to-advanced computer skills.
• English fluency; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests during arrival, stay and departure with attentive, courteous service.
• Follow safety, health, and sanitary guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, rates, and promotions; communicate VIP arrivals to staff.
• Process reservations, cancellations and guest requests; document issues.
• Generate and distribute daily reports; assist departments as needed.
