Qualifications

• Minimum of one year prior customer service experience.
• Previous guest services experience within a hotel is required.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
• Opera experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly welcome and ensure a smooth check-in experience.
• Handle guest registration and communicate hotel services and promotions.
• Operate PBX equipment, answer calls, schedule wake-up calls.
• Provide local restaurant/theatre information and recommendations.
• Give directions to hotel facilities and events.
• Resolve guest issues to maintain high satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
