Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street Boston is seeking a Part Time Overnight Front Desk Receptionist to deliver exceptional guest service at check-in and check-out. You will handle room assignments, key delivery, and accurate billing while maintaining a welcoming, polished demeanor in a luxury setting.

Preferred: High School Diploma and 2+ years in front desk or luxury guest services, with strong English communication. Weekend/evening shifts and holidays required. Visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• High School Degree preferred.
• 2 years in a front desk role or 2 years' luxury customer service experience necessary.
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Check in guest in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible.
• Ensure guest is assigned requested room type and correct rate.
• Arrange for luggage to be delivered to guest room and issue keys.
• Check out guest at end of stay and ascertain guest satisfaction.
• Collect keys, post late charges and present bill at check out.
• Settle bill accurately via credit card or cash.
• Email guest regarding any late charges after checkout (when email available).
• Make change, cash checks, exchange foreign currency.
• Reconcile all transactions at close of each shift and cash out.
• Handle all guest interactions with high level hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests when possible.
• Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays.
