Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston, seeks a Front Desk Receptionist to welcome guests with warmth and professionalism. You will check guests in and out, ensure correct room type and rates, assist with luggage, and handle payments with accuracy.

A strong focus on hospitality, a polished manner, and English fluency are essential. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in front desk or luxury customer service, and a High School diploma.

Qualifications

• High School Degree preferred.
• 2 Years in a front desk role or 2 years' luxury customer service experience necessary.
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Check in guest in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible.
• Assure that guest is assigned type of room requested and the correct rate is charged.
• Arrange for luggage to be delivered to guest room and issues correct keys to the guest.
• Check out guest at end of stay and ascertain guest satisfaction.
• Settle bill accurately through credit card or cash transaction.
• Maintain a balanced bank assigned by the hotel.
• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
