Job summary

Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, AZ is seeking a warm Front Office Agent to greet guests, check them in and out, and create memorable first impressions. You’ll blend professionalism with genuine hospitality to ensure every guest feels valued and cared for.

In a fast-paced setting, you’ll handle guest inquiries, promote hotel services and local attractions, manage payments, and coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless stays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year guest service experience in hotel hospitality.
• Experience with Opera Property Management System preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods; willingness to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Assign rooms meeting guest preferences and requests.
• Obtain and verify payment information following hotel policies.
• Promote hotel services and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain knowledge of events, group bookings and banquet orders.
• Handle check-out procedures and cash transactions.
• Ensure cleanliness and appearance of the Front Desk and lobby area.
