Responsibilities

• Train and develop front desk staff on procedures and service standards.

• Greet guests on arrival and assist with check-in.
• Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Manage guest reservations and update the property management system.
• Process payments and manage final billing at check-out.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
• Oversee cash-handling procedures and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate communications via phone and messages with guests.
• Ensure compliance with resort policies and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs.
