Job summary

Ventana Canyon Lodge in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Guest Services Agent to deliver exceptional service at the front desk. You will handle check-in/check-out, answer questions about resort amenities, and assist guests with luggage, shuttle services, and directions.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a courteous demeanor. Availability for evenings, holidays, and weekends is expected; a valid driver's license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Must be 21+ to operate company van and have a valid driver's license.
• Pass a background check.
• Night Auditor experience is a plus.
• Availability to work evenings, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests entering and exiting the front entrance and assist as needed.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures.
• Answer front desk calls and provide resort information.
• Coordinate shuttle services and assist with luggage and packages.
• Provide directions and restaurant suggestions when concierge is unavailable.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Leader.
