Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis seeks a Guest Experience Intern for Summer 2027. You will join Front Office with a focus on hospitality, guest interaction, and delivering exceptional service to guests and families.

In this paid internship, you’ll assist with guest requests, help host Kids For All Seasons activations, learn hotel operations, and gain hands-on experience in a luxury hospitality environment under the guidance of seasoned professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum three months of working experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Educational studies toward a degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
• Working knowledge of and ability to operate technology and computer systems.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and desire to be the best!

Responsibilities

• Handle all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism; respond to requests in person, digitally or by phone.
• Assist with Kids For All Seasons activations; host activations and engage with children and families.
• Comply with Four Seasons' work rules and standards of conduct.
• Input special arrangements into software; generate guest itineraries and ensure proper billing.
• Organize and deliver special amenities and in-room surprises for guests.
