Palisociety’s ARRIVE Austin seeks a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/out, and handle inquiries with precision. You will guide guests on hotel amenities, neighborhoods, and local attractions while maintaining efficient, friendly service.

The role requires strong English communication, a service mindset, and the ability to balance multitasking with guest confidentiality. Join a hospitality team focused on training, growth, and nationwide expansion.

Qualifications

• 1 year of guest reception experience in a luxury hotel is preferred.
• Positive, energetic, service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic arithmetic and familiarity with hotel/point-of-sale systems.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Good judgment, calm under pressure, with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to maintain guest information and hotel data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the check-in/check-out process, confirm guest details and settle folios.
• Advise guests on hotel amenities and local neighborhood features.
• Build genuine guest relationships aligned with service standards.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and warmly.
• Input guest information and payments into Opera and other systems.
• Anticipate needs, resolve issues, and find moments to delight guests.
• Communicate requests to Front Desk Manager, Housekeeping, or Engineering; conduct safety walkthroughs.
• Support safety protocols and assist other departments to keep operations smooth.
