Job summary

Four Seasons Nashville is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the first and last impression for guests, delivering genuine hospitality and personalized experiences throughout the guest journey. You will join the Front Office team and report to the Front Office Manager.

Responsibilities include check-in/out, guest requests, coordinating dining and local experiences, and maintaining knowledge of Nashville attractions. This role requires flexibility to work various shifts.

Qualifications

• Front Desk, Front Office, Concierge or guest-facing hospitality experience preferred.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register guests, explain accommodations and payment methods.
• Facilitate check-in/check-out with accuracy and professionalism.
• Respond to guest requests with personalized recommendations.
• Build guest relationships by understanding preferences.
• Coordinate dining, transportation, and local experiences for guests.
• Handle guest communications via phone, email, chat, and in person.
• Resolve guest concerns while maintaining Four Seasons service standards.
• Process packages, messages, and guest-related correspondence.
• Collaborate with internal departments for seamless experiences.
• Maintain knowledge of Nashville attractions and experiences.
• Utilize Opera PMS and other hotel systems.
• Support additional projects as assigned.
