Job summary

Hotel Bardo Savannah is seeking an outgoing, polished Front Desk Agent to join our Front Office team. You will greet guests, handle check-in/check-out, and tailor recommendations to create memorable stays in a luxury boutique setting.

The ideal candidate is guest-focused, quick on their feet, and ready to work a flexible full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays. Prior experience in upscale hotels and familiarity with a PMS are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an upscale, luxury, boutique, or full-service hotel or resort preferred.
• Front Desk or guest-facing hospitality experience preferred.
• Outgoing and comfortable engaging with a wide variety of guests.
• Passion for hospitality and creating personalized, memorable experiences.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in the moment.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Willingness for flexible full-time schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
• Experience with hotel property management system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, polished arrival and departure experience for every guest.
• Handle front desk duties: check-in, check-out, room assignments, billing, and account assistance.
• Offer tailored recommendations for hotel experiences, dining, and Savannah attractions.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with ownership.
• Personalize stays for celebrations, milestones, and VIP experiences.
• Coordinate amenities, reservations, and special arrangements to elevate the guest experience.
• Communicate guest preferences and service opportunities to Front Office leadership.
