Qualifications

• Experience in upscale luxury hotel or resort preferred.
• Front Desk or guest-facing hospitality experience preferred.
• Outgoing and comfortable engaging with diverse guests.
• Strong hospitality mindset and personalized service.
• Good problem-solving and calm under pressure.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Flexible full-time schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and move around Front Desk area.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm arrival and departure experience for every guest.
• Check-in/check-out, room assignments, billing, and account assistance.
• Recommend experiences, dining, and Savannah attractions.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues.
• Handle service recoveries with professionalism.
• Personalize stays for celebrations and VIP experiences.
• Coordinate amenities and special arrangements.
• Maintain knowledge of Hotel Bardo and Savannah community.
• Support Front Office operations to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Uphold service standards and luxury presentation.
