Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Fragrance Specialist (Creed) to execute customer experience and sales strategy at Nordstrom Washington Square. This role reports to the Account Coordinator Northwest-Vancouver and supports Creed sales across designated stores in the market.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in retail, strong communication, and a passion for luxury fragrances, with flexibility for boutique operations and events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail sales experience; fragrance or luxury goods preferred.
• Experience in retail environment and building relationships.
• Excellent verbal & written communication; interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, event planning, organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Champion customer experience and support store-level sales.
• Drive retail sales plan across designated stores in market.
• Achieve personal sales goals and promote Creed and intersell.
• Execute market calendar action plans, presell launches and events.
• Engage with customers to build brand awareness.
• Participate in morning and departmental meetings with management.
• Partner with manager and team to drive all aspects of the business.
• Manage event presell, goals and setup.
• Open and close if boutique location.
