Qualifications

• Experience as a busser, food runner, or in F&B support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly to maintain dining room flow.
• Keep dining areas, service stations, and guest-facing spaces clean.
• Assist servers in delivering food, beverages, and guest requests as needed.
• Refill water glasses, replenish bread, and provide table maintenance.
• Remove used dishes and transport them to dishwashing areas.
• Ensure tables are properly set according to service standards, including linens, flatware, glassware.
• Maintain stock levels of napkins, utensils, and condiments.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors and promptly address spills to ensure a safe environment.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
