Job summary

Moncler in the United States seeks a Floor Supervisor to lead client-focused selling and drive individual and team performance on the boutique floor.

You will coach the sales team, role-model Moncler’s Selling Ceremony, manage coverage as on-duty leader, and ensure the client experience and store operations meet brand standards. This role requires strong knowledge of heritage, product features, and luxury service to build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of sales experience in luxury fashion or premium retail.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong client service skills and ability to meet sales targets.
• Experience coaching and mentoring others.
• Fluency in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Embody the Moncler Selling Ceremony and ensure brand standards are delivered.
• Build authentic relationships with clients and provide personalized recommendations.
• Achieve and exceed sales objectives and KPIs including CRM and productivity.
• Maintain strong knowledge of heritage, values, collections, and craftsmanship.
• Lead by example on the floor and support onboarding of new staff.
• Operations and store excellence including floor coverage and processes.
