Job summary

Carolina Bucci Montecito boutique seeks an exceptional Sales Associate to deliver luxury client experiences in our Montecito store. You will be the face of the brand, guiding clients through product selection and fostering long-term relationships.

The role supports clienteling, in-store sales, and event participation, with weekend, holiday, and occasional evening availability. Compensation includes $20–$27 per hour plus commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in specialty retail, preferably luxury jewelry.
• Passion for delivering personalized luxury experiences.
• Existing client network is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Carolina Bucci brand by delivering best-in-class client experiences.
• Develop and nurture a personal client book through clienteling and outreach.
• Drive individual sales while supporting boutique team success.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including inventory accuracy and cash handling.
• Maintain impeccable product presentation and boutique standards.
• Participate in private appointments and client events in Montecito and Santa Barbara.
