You will deliver an elevated in-store experience, present jewelry with expertise, and manage a personal book of business while meeting sales and gross profit goals.

The role requires luxury sales experience and strong client service, with emphasis on discretion, professionalism, and brand integrity in all client interactions.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a luxury retail or high-end sales environment.
• Fine jewelry sales experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with affluent and discerning clientele.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to learn and use POS, CRM, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and create a personalized in-store experience.
• Build a long-term book of business through clienteling and follow-up.
• Present jewelry with product knowledge and guide the purchase process.
• Maintain luxurious selling environment and accurate client records.
• Attend staff meetings and support events and vendor trainings.
