Job summary

The RealReal seeks an Associate Luxury Resale Advisor to drive new business growth by acquiring luxury consignments and reactivating lapsed consignors. You will spend most of your time in the field, meeting clients at their homes or convenient locations to build relationships and guide consignors through the process.

You will leverage Salesforce to manage a robust pipeline, consistently meeting monthly quotas, and delivering a high-touch, white-glove experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication with discerning clientele.

Responsibilities

• Engage new, inactive, and prospective clients through daily outreach and in-home appointments to drive consignment activity.
• Build pipeline by sourcing new leads, reactivating lapsed consignors, and converting leads into active consignors.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas by driving new business growth and key performance metrics.
• Deliver a high-touch, white-glove experience throughout the consignment process to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Present and review consignment contracts, set pricing expectations using internal tools and luxury market expertise.
• Partner with Retail teams to support sales growth and collaborate with Consignor Relations to address client concerns.
• Acquire luxury items from clients and coordinate end-to-end pickup and shipment to TRR centers.
• Spend majority of time in the field cultivating client relationships and securing consignments.
