Job summary

Coach in Columbus is seeking a Sales Support Associate to warmly greet clients, assist on the sales floor, and support stock and shipments. You will operate POS, maintain stockroom organization, and help with visual merchandising to uphold a premium in-store experience.

You will collaborate with team members to meet store goals, respond to customer requests confidently, and uphold high standards of service in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Receive, process and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and team collaboration.
