Qualifications

• Luxury retail background and social media/video experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet sales goals
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools for data capture and repeat purchases
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales
• Maintain energy on the floor and support daily store operations
• Assist with inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising
• Process transactions including online pickups and returns
• Participate in brand initiatives and training programs
