• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Strong English proficiency and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and uphold style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling with personalized recommendations.
• Process transactions and support daily store operations, including inventory and visuals.
