Job summary

TOTEME is seeking a Sales Advisor for our new South Coast Plaza store in Los Angeles, California. You will serve as a brand ambassador, delivering personalized service, styling guidance, and building lasting client relationships.

You will drive sales while contributing to visual presentation, clienteling, and store operations, reporting to the Store Manager. Fluent English is required and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within high-end retail or luxurious lifestyle brand.
• Outstanding customer service and ability to build strong client relationships.
• Interest in fashion, styling, and storytelling with luxury service.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through clienteling.
