Job summary

TOTEME, a fashion house rooted in Swedish sensibilities, is seeking a Senior Sales Advisor for our Melrose Avenue store in Los Angeles. You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering elevated service and building lasting client relationships.

You will drive the business through client engagement, styling, and showroom presentation, reporting to the Store Manager. Availability includes evenings and weekends, with compensation between $25 and $30 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in fashion retail, ideally within the luxury sector.
• Proven success in delivering outstanding customer service, building strong client relationships, and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong understanding of fashion, styling, and brand storytelling.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated and personalized customer experience aligned with TOTEME’s values.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through clienteling.
• Work both independently and collaboratively to execute efficient workflows and achieve sales targets.
• Provide styling advice and ensure impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Actively contribute to daily store operations.
• Share insights and feedback with the team and management regarding customer needs, product requests and trends.
• Analyze and work towards KPIs and business goals.
• Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.
