Job summary

TOTEME is seeking a Sales Advisor for our new South Coast Plaza store in Los Angeles, California. You will serve as a brand ambassador, delivering personalized service, styling guidance, and building lasting client relationships.

You will drive sales while contributing to visual presentation, clienteling, and store operations, reporting to the Store Manager. Fluent English is required and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

TOTEME is a fashion house rooted in Swedish sensibilities, modern aspirations and the notion of style. With an appreciation for women’s many roles and how pieces are worn in practice, we create emblematic designs with an emphasis on materiality and shape. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.

The Role

TOTEME is looking for a Sales Advisor to join our new store at South Coast Plaza full time. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our clients. You will help drive the business in all areas, from client engagement and styling to operational excellence and brand building. You will report to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated and personalized customer experience aligned with TOTEME’s values.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through clienteling.

• Work both independently and collaboratively to execute efficient workflows and achieve sales targets.

• Provide styling advice and ensure impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation.

• Actively contribute to daily store operations.

• Share insights and feedback with the team and management regarding customer needs, product requests and trends.

• Analyze and work towards Key Performance indicators (KPIs) and business goals.

Your Profile

• Previous experience in a similar role within high-end retail or with a strong lifestyle brand.

• Confident in delivering outstanding customer service and building strong client relationships.

• Interest in fashion, styling, and storytelling with an understanding of luxury service.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's new store at South Coast Plaza in Los Angeles, California starting latest in mid October.

The salary for this role ranges between $25-$30 per hour USD before tax and will be set according to the applicant's profile, skills and previous experience.

TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, New York, and Shanghai, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia.
