TOTEME is seeking a Senior Sales Advisor for our Melrose Avenue store in Los Angeles. You will act as a brand ambassador providing exceptional service and build lasting relationships with clients while driving sales and operational excellence. You will report to the Store Manager.

Minimum two years in fashion retail, strong client service, and a flair for styling and storytelling are essential. This full-time role offers an hourly salary framework of 25–30 USD depending on experience and profile.

The Role

TOTEME is looking for a Senior Sales Advisor to join our store on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our clients. You will help drive the business in all areas, from client engagement and styling to operational excellence and brand building. You will report to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated and personalized customer experience aligned with TOTEME’s values.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through clienteling.
• Work both independently and collaboratively to execute efficient workflows and achieve sales targets.
• Provide styling advice and ensure impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Actively contribute to daily store operations.
• Share insights and feedback with the team and management regarding customer needs, product requests and trends.
• Analyze and work towards Key Performance indicators (KPIs) and business goals.
• Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.

Your Profile

• Minimum of two years of experience in fashion retail, ideally within the luxury sector.
• Proven success in delivering outstanding customer service, building strong client relationships, and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong understanding of fashion, styling, and brand storytelling.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's Melrose Avenue store starting as soon as possible.

The hourly salary for this role ranges between 25-30 USD and will be set according to the applicant’s profile, skills and previous experience.

TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, New York, and Shanghai, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia.
