TOTEME in Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles, is seeking a Senior Sales Advisor to join our store full-time. You will act as a menswear ambassador, delivering expert styling and building lasting client relationships.

You will drive sales, provide standout service, and collaborate on visual merchandising, store operations, and brand building. Fluent English and fashion knowledge are essential.

TOTEME is a fashion house rooted in Swedish sensibilities, modern aspirations, and the notion of style.

TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create women’s and men’s collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories, and jewelry.

The Role

TOTEME is looking for a Senior Sales Advisor to join our store at Pacific Palisades in Los Angeles full-time. In this role, you will act as a menswear ambassador providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our clients. You will help drive the business in all areas, from client engagement and styling to operational excellence and brand building. You will report to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Act as the in-store ambassador for TOTEME Menswear, championing the category through product expertise, styling guidance, and client development.

• Deliver an elevated and personalized customer experience aligned with TOTEME's values.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through clienteling.

• Work both independently and collaboratively to execute efficient workflows and achieve sales targets.

• Provide styling advice and ensure impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation.

• Actively contribute to daily store operations.

• Share insights and feedback with the team and management regarding customer needs, product requests and trends.

• Analyze and work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business goals.

• Participate in and contribute to TOTEME's social and environmental sustainability strategy.

Your Profile

• Minimum of two years of experience in fashion retail, ideally within the luxury sector.

• Proven success in delivering outstanding customer service, building strong client relationships, and exceeding sales goals.

• Strong understanding of fashion, styling, and brand storytelling.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME’s new store at Pacific Palisades in Los Angeles starting latest in mid October.

The salary for this role ranges between $25-$30 per hour USD before tax and will be set according to the applicant's profile, skills and previous experience.

TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, New York, and Shanghai, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia.
