Job summary

TOTEME is seeking a full-time Sales Advisor for our Madison Avenue store in New York. You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service, building lasting client relationships, and driving business across sales and brand initiatives.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will collaborate with the team, participate in merchandising and store operations, and support TOTEME’s sustainability efforts while maintaining an elevated luxury shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in high-end retail or luxury lifestyle brands.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build client relationships.
• Interest in fashion, styling, and storytelling with luxury service understanding.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
