TOTEME is seeking a Senior Sales Advisor for our Pacific Palisades store in Los Angeles. You will build lasting client relationships, drive sales through personalized styling, and uphold brand presentation.

The role reports to the Store Manager and requires a commitment to exceptional customer service. With at least two years in fashion retail (luxury preferred) and fluent English, you will collaborate with the team to meet KPIs, contribute to sustainability efforts, and deliver a luxury

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in fashion retail, ideally luxury.
• Proven track record delivering outstanding customer service and sales goals.
• Strong understanding of fashion, styling, and brand storytelling.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
