Job summary

TOTEME is seeking a Senior Sales Advisor for our Melrose Avenue store in Los Angeles. You will act as a brand ambassador providing exceptional service and build lasting relationships with clients while driving sales and operational excellence. You will report to the Store Manager.

Minimum two years in fashion retail, strong client service, and a flair for styling and storytelling are essential. This full-time role offers an hourly salary framework of 25–30 USD depending on experience and profile.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in fashion retail.
• Proven success in delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding sales goals.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience aligned with TOTEME values.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through clienteling.
• Work independently and collaboratively to execute efficient workflows and achieve sales targets.
• Provide styling advice and ensure impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Actively contribute to daily store operations.
• Share insights and feedback with the team and management regarding customer needs, product requests and trends.
• Analyze and work towards KPIs and business goals.
• Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.
